Return Policy

All sales are final. Orders once placed cannot be cancelled and are non-refundable. Items once delivered are not returnable unless it was delivered with significant damage. 

If your item was delivered to you with significant damage, making the 

product unusable, you can be eligible for a replacement. 

To complete your exchange for a replacement, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and photographic evidence. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. For replacement requests please email us at contact@1800medicalsupply.com, your request will be reviewed and processed within a timely manner. 

Replacements

We can only provide replacements in exceptional circumstances. If you have made a mistake in ordering, then we cannot offer a replacement. But we may be able to offer you a discount for you to place another order with the correct variant. Please contact us to find out if your circumstance qualifies for a discount. 

We cannot provide replacements if:

  • You are not satisfied with the item
  • The item does NOT have significant damage
  • The item is late or didn't arrive on time
  • You no longer want the item

We only offer replacements if:

  • Your item arrives damaged
  • You receive the wrong item
  • Your item doesn't arrive after 60 days

We require photographic or video evidence of the damaged or defective product, in order to proceed. As soon as we deem that the product is significantly damaged or defective, we will issue a replacement item once the original item is shipped back to us.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your replacement. If you are approved, then your replacement will be processed and shipped to you.

Exchanges

We only replace items if we sent you the wrong item or if they are defective or damaged

Cancellations

We can only process cancellations or partial cancellations in exceptional circumstances. Please contact us to find out if your circumstance qualifies for a cancellation. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel your order as most items are delivered the same day. We do NOT approve cancellations for non-exceptional circumstances such as:

  • You changed your mind, 
  • You found the item somewhere else at a lower price
  • You regret making an order
  • Your order was accidental

Order Changes

All requests after placing an order are subject to approval, we cannot guarantee that the requested changes can be made in time. Please ensure that your order is correct before placing the order. We cannot be held responsible for your mistake if we cannot amend your order in time. 

If you would like to change/update your order due to ordering an incorrect variant, size or color; or would like to increase the quantity of items in your order or to upgrade/degrade your shipping method; you can email our customer support team at contact@1800medicalsupply.com who will try to process any changes requested. Any change in the value of your order will be charged to the customer's credit card or payment details on our system.

Please note: Requesting a change to your order that decreases the quantity of items in your order is classed as a partial cancellation. Consequently, this can only be processed if the reason given is not classed as one of the pre-defined 'non-exceptional circumstances'.

Rentals

Rentals are not prorated if returned early and automatically renewed on the due date for the same rental term as your original order (daily, weekly, monthly). To avoid being billed for an additional rental term we must be notified of a pickup at least 48 hours prior to the due date. Once the due date arrives and we have not received written notification of a pickup, your credit card on file will be charged for the new rental term which is nonrefundable. 

If you are renting an item and upon returning it, we find damage to the item, parts, or accessories you will be charged for the amount of replacement of that part. If there is significant damage to the item upon return, you will be charged to the original payment on file for the cost of the item in full. This is non-negotiable and non-disputable. If you claim that a rental item was delivered to you in a non-working condition it is your responsibility to immediately notify us at the time of delivery. If more than 24 hours have passed and we did NOT receive any written notification from you regarding any damage or malfunctions, then you will be responsible for the full rental payment and cannot ask for a refund or credit at the end of the rental term. No discount will be given for any rentals returned early.

Liability Waiver

All items are inspected and delivered in perfect working condition. Once delivered any damage to the item is considered a user error and therefore not eligible for returns or replacements. We are not held accountable or liable for any damages to the equipment once delivered nor liable for any bodily injury caused by the equipment while in use. 

For issues regarding repair of an item please contact the manufacturer for a warranty claim. We are not responsible for warranty replacements or returns. The warranty is from the manufacturer and their terms and conditions do apply. We do NOT offer refunds for warranty issues.
